We have sent both our European branded cars to South Eastern European for many years now. After meeting the new owners, we are pleased to say that they have continued the exceptional level of service that we have been accustomed to. When we tak our vehicles there, they always look over the whole vehicle - ensuring that it leaves with the highest possible standard of maintenance. Recently, they resolved a long-running fault we had in our main vehicle - it was diagnosed and resolved promptly and now is running perfectly. Thank you crew - keep up the good work.

Hands down the best experience I've had at a mechanic. I'm from out of town and my vehicle broke down while I was in Melbourne. Phoned up and Simon was able to fit me in around his booked jobs, getting my car back on the road the next day. Even ran me to and from my hastily booked motel! Great service Simon, thank you for everything!

I have been searching for quite a long time to find the right mechanic for my BMW, the mechanic who have good communications with a female car owner. Finally I found Simon, I have to travel from the Mornington peninsula to him but it is all worth it.!

A bit on the pricy side for what I needed done which was a Diesel particle fluid bag replacement on my Peugeot however I was given a courtesy car for the day to get to and from work which was fantastic and such a big help. I also asked them not to do any extra work as opposed to some other mechanics who do this and charge extra but these guys respected my wishes. My car battery on pickup went dead but the guys stayed back for half and hour to make sure my battery was okay to get me home. Thanks again

Absolutely amazing customer service. They do a great job servicing all 3 of our cars. Simon and Ray have been the main people we deal with when we go in and they have the utmost respect for there customers. Took my car in with what I thought had quite a few issues and they resolved it super quick. They are amazing and the pricing is great. I cannot fault a thing about this business.

I have taken two of cars to South East Euro both BMW with problems other workshops could not identify but these guys really know what they are doing!.
