We had a wonderful experience at South Eastern European in Pakenham. The owners run a truly family-oriented business, and it shows in the way they treat their customers. They are incredibly caring and extremely friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. They helped us as quickly as possible with the issues on our car even though it’s a very old model and parts are hard to find. Despite the challenges, they managed to arrange everything and got the job done.

Since I got with South Eastern European my vehicle situation has improved out of sight. I am a travelling musician running two vehicles spending a lot of time on the road. Had my first experience today at South Eastern European Service Center today, I needed a diagnostics done on my wifes Mercedes after a engine fault light showed up today. I am headed overseas the following day so was keen to get it diagnosed before I left. Same day I phoned, they completed the task, cleared the fault code, advised me of the likley fault, and advised me how to move forward with the solution in the future. This gave me peace of mind knowing if my wife had issues with her car it would be taken care of. The staff gave me a tour of the workshop which was spottless and a copy of the diagnostic report. Best thing was the cost for the report and diagnostics was 1/5 th of the price of a major Mercedes Service Centre. Ill never go to the Mercedes stealership again. Great service

A huge thank you to Fazeel, Mustafa, and Greg who worked on my 2001 BMW. It appears that Mustafa is a car enthusiast and was so knowledgeable about my car, he explained to me everything that needed to be done and showed me as well. After my experiences with BMW dealerships, which have been nothing short of atrocious, I will be taking my little car to these mechanics. They went over and above their duty of care driving me home after I dropped off my car to them. I was also given a loan car over the weeks that they repaired my car. A very big thank you to Fuzy ( receptionist )for that, as there were road works and it took quite a while to get me home. Again, a very big thank you! The car goes beautifully.
